Welcome
Welcome on Domaine des Chapelles in Oradour sur Vayres in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord/Limousin. On this domain there is a centuries old sheep barn converted into a hotel/restaurant ‘Hostellerie La Bergerie’ and a small but luxurious hamlet with 6 villa’s.
After a renovation of 1 year we open our doors in April 2006. Our Bergerie is about 300 years old and renovated in the old style, with a restaurant with a lounge in front of the old fireplace. The 7 guestrooms are tastefully decorated with old walls ‘pierres apparantes’. The garden and grounds from La Bergerie are about 7000 m2 and are surrounded with oak trees and chestnuts.
The villa’s are build in 2005 set in a park off 5 hectares. They have huge glass windows to enjoy as much as possible the beautiful views. The villa’s are far from one another and have private grounds from at least 800 m2.
